Our skinless and boneless Atlantic Salmon is sustainably raised in Norway. This is a different species than Pacific Salmon with a flesh that is more delicate and lighter in color. With a medium-high fat content, it is tolerant of many preparation methods and flakes beautifully when cooked. Ships frozen.
