Whether you're looking for a change of taste or a change in diet, our all-natural, 100% bison burger patties are a delicious alternative to beef, yet with a slightly sweeter flavor, never gamey. They're naturally lean so lower in fat, cholesterol and calories than beef and high in protein, iron, juiciness and flavor. All Natural means our Bison is pasture raised without added hormones or antibiotics. Since Bison is on the leaner side we recommend pan searing in a bit of fat, but if you prefer to grill your Bison Burgers be sure to keep a close eye on them as leaner meats risk overcooking. Burger patties are in a sealed pack of two. Ships frozen.
