A true crowd pleaser, our uncured heritage ham is slow smoked over applewood chips for an amazing robust flavor, then spiral sliced to make carving and serving simple. Heritage Duroc pork is known for its rich red color and evenly marbled, flavorful meat. Nothing like grocery store pork, Duroc pork has a more delicate meat that is more juicy and tender. Raised in the USA by small family farmers who prioritize animal welfare, raised crate-free without the use of antibiotics ever and always fed a vegetarian diet. Ships frozen. Ham is fully cooked and may be served as is. Includes glaze packet. Approximately 6-8 servings per ham.

Suggested heating instructions: preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham in pan and cover with foil. Heat ham 10 minutes per pound or until the center reaches approximately 135°F.

Ingredients: Ham prepared with: Water, Salt, Vinegar, Contains less than 2% of the following: Turbinado Sugar, Celery Powder.
