Not your typical breakfast “bacon”, this one is strictly for beef lovers, with a luscious richness and robust beefiness that only Wagyu can offer. Our favorite accompaniment for burgers, or for a beefy twist on a classic BLT. Cured 7 days, then smoked over hickory and Applewood for a balanced smokiness.

Serve with pan-grilled scallops for an inspired surf-and-turf or wrapped around one of our Wagyu filets before grilling, the uses are endless. 14-18 slices per pkg; three 16 oz packages per order.
